    Time Limit on Returns

    Products must be returned within 30 days of the processing date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.

    Payment Credit

    Products returned will be refunded to the original credit card used on FanHeads is not responsible for product damage during shipping. If shipping damage occurs, contact the carrier.

    Mail your return using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail) to:

    Refunding Shipping Fees

    Initial shipping charges are refunded only if the product is damaged or shipped to an incorrect address by FanHeads. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. FanHeads does not accept CODs.

    Returns Notification

    For products returned to the FanHeads Returns Center, we will notify you via email when we have processed your return and issued a refund. You can also login to your account, click on Order Status and look up your order for the return status.

    Returns Processing Time

    Please allow 30 business days for receiving and processing of your online order return. The return credit will appear on your account within 7-10 business days after processing your return. The return credit will appear on your credit card statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
