Time Limit on Returns
Products must be returned within 30 days of the processing date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on Fanheads.com. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
Products returned will be refunded to the original credit card used on Fanheads.com. FanHeads is not responsible for product damage during shipping. If shipping damage occurs, contact the carrier.

Refunding Shipping Fees
Initial shipping charges are refunded only if the product is damaged or shipped to an incorrect address by FanHeads. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. FanHeads does not accept CODs.
For products returned to the FanHeads Returns Center, we will notify you via email when we have processed your return and issued a refund. You can also login to your Fanheads.com account, click on Order Status and look up your order for the return status.
Returns Processing Time
Please allow 30 business days for receiving and processing of your online order return. The return credit will appear on your Fanheads.com account within 7-10 business days after processing your return. The return credit will appear on your credit card statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
Unfortunately, we are unable to return the coupon code you used for your purchases.
